The challenge

The aim was to reduce the time spent in Wöhler’s service and repair department. We achieved this in two ways:

  1. The technician is provided with a guided repair in which the AI suggests how the device is likely to need to be repaired.
  2. The AI automatically generates the cost estimate for the repair so that the device does not have to be checked in advance before the customer gives their approval for the repair.
